Kovex blinked at the mention of landowner, humphing. She sat down on the ground "What? Is everything owned these days?"

"Nice to meet you, but I don't understand how somebody can own land."

"I don't know either, I was told not to go outside specific lines or I'd be whipped" she said sadly

Yune used his stealth skills to snatch food from venders and his them so he collect as much as possible. When he had a basket full he walked back to the others. He whistled. "Come eat!"

I humphed, then blinked as Tayla walked over to me. She was 15 but looked 12, do to being starved a lot.

Lemna sighed, and turned as a bird called to her. "Hey, there's a guy comming toward you guys!" Of course, to anyone else it would've been normal twittering.

The boys looked at Yune, but shrugged "Er thanks"the oldest said.

Amelia looked over and saw a figure walking twards them. She tensed up a little. What if the landlord saw her. He'd beat her to the point where she couldn't walk for a week, again. "we need to cross the river" "please" she pleaded. -
"Just eat." He glared. "I went through a lot of f---ing trouble getting this stuff."

"Alrighty." Lamna said, starting over to it.

Tayla blinked, picking up me and following. -
"I'm sorry to inconvenience you, but if the owner of the land catches you guys with me, he'll whip me till I pass out from loss is blood" she said weakly

"Well why do you work for him then?" she asked.

"I dot know, sometimes I think I'm psychotic" she said sadly
