ok biance lay in bead metitate as u normaly would and imagisn a blueish white ribbon coming from ur left ear wraping clockwise aroumd ur arm then ur wrist then upper leg and so on till it is wrapped around ur whole body and into ur rite ear do this a few times till u think ur ready then imagian the room around u what do u see it will look different because ur seeing thugh the eyes of ur soul not ur body and then sit up you will notice a silvery chord wraped around ur waist going and tied to ur body keep ur legs in ur bodys legs till u feel u can walk and keep ur eyes closed if ur bodys eyes open u will be drawn back in
