"yes" richard said quietly, he usually ate burnt leaves, he guessed that thalia watched him eat some burnt leaves at one time

"Okay." I didn't know whether to start a fire or to put them in an oven. I figured it was the former.

richard sat back down on the couch, he kinda wanted burnt leaves, but he didn't ask for it

About a half an hour later, I came back in with a plate of leaves. They were burnt, well, hopefully not burnt to much but burnt enough. I hid the burns on my hands as I gave the plate to Richard. That was why I wasn't supposed to play with fire....

( lol, I play with fire all the time, well with charizard I do, rofl )
"thank you" richard said quietly, he started eating the burnt leaves -
(Ha. Well, I learned to start a fire last weekend, but I don't like fire that much.)
I nodded. "Sure." -
richard soon finished them, and also felt a bit better

I grinned, then looked down at the plate. "Would you like me to take the plate?"

richard didn't really answer, but he took the plate himself, but he didn't know where to really put it, so he gently gave it to thalia

I stood up and took the plate into the kitchen. I washed a bit of a burnt leaf off of it and placed it in the dishwasher.

(The A has kitty ears... and whiskers and a nose... it's so cute....)

richard felt like thalia knew more things then him, wait, was that because she was almost like a normal human, and he is not, it seemed really strange, he barely knew anything here, but he knew it was because he was never here before, until like a few days ago

I'd just realized something. When I was eleven, I read so many books like this. Someone did something completely normal and ended up with something- or someone- extraordinary in their life. I hoped this wouldn't end up like those stories. I didn't want to continually battle an enemy who would just never give up, finally have an epic battle, win, and then have a life that compared to before was boring.

richard felt a bit better, he felt like he liked thalia more, she seemed really nice

I grinned and went and sat down on the couch next to Richard. I had absolutely no clue what to do. It seemed like the days were passing faster lately.
