I was just thinking...
What if there was, like, a clan of foxes. Except they're only half fox and half human. They live in underground dens out in the country.
But the rabbits in the area that they usually catch and eat have all been killed by humans for their fur.
But there's also a farm, about a half a mile from the fox clan's dens. So the "foxes" start sneaking into the farm and stealing chickens and other poultry. The farmer figures out that the poultry are disappearing because of the fox-human hybrids, so he decides to get som gaurd dogs. At least, they're half dog/hound and half human.
So here we go. -
