Uh, what'd the vampire look like?
Jake: *throws me a camera* Took a pic. The Society's asking us to take pictures of the vampires we slay.
Me: *looks at picture* *whispers to Kiera* It's nobody we know. But I still feel ashamed to be associated with that. *glances at Jake* -
phew..ok...*pats shoulder* i feel sorry for you..*glances at Jake and Emma*

Jake: What were you saying?
Me: Nothing.
Jake: I'm so excited, dear. I might win the award!
Me: The... award..? Do you mean....
Jake: Yes! I'm so much better than the others!
Me: *sighs* -
*whispers to Selena* really? ok! thanks! xD

Jake: I am? Oh.... well, can I tell you about the award?
Me: No, you shouldn't.....
Jake: *ignores me* Well, may I? -
*eyes Selena with suspicion* yes..go on Jake...

Me: Well, the award is, wait. *goes over to Jake* How many?
Jake: 24, 25 today!
Me: *mutters* Hmm.... and someone hasn't beat him? -
*sighs* So, every season there's a contest. Each branch of the Society has a victor. Then the victor out of all of those wins another award. But what their competition is.... is how many vampires a slayer can slay in the season. Apparently he's killed 25 this season, which actually is kind of slow. But anyway, he thinks he'll win. And he probably wonders why I'm not even in the running. But how he would of explained it would have been rude and careless. I explained it nicely.
