At least my accommodation request just got approved, so starting tomorrow, I get to listen to music while i work.

That means I need to charge my earbuds tonight.

I'm really glad i get to have music. It'll keep me a little more sane. Who knows. Maybe I'll be able to tolerate work longer.

A small thing made me feel the slightest bit better. There's a possibility that I'd be able to work more with this accommodation.

Things will be okay over time. I just have to wait it out. There are some good things happening, too, so I have to acknowledge those.

I was brave at my appointment today, I have an accommodation for tomorrow, and I found a new way to calm my anxiety.
