At this rate, even just trying to be friends feels empty. You don't talk to me unless it's about Fortnite and while we're playing Fortnite. I get it, we're a group that gets together to play Fortnite, but literally everyone but you will have actual conversations, ask how people are doing, and stuff like that, and funny enough, you never seem to be able to contribute to any meaningful conversations.

Not trying to sound like a drag, but there's more to life than Fortnite, like the people you spend the time with.

I'm starting to wonder if expecting something more out of a friendship is just weird these days.

Am I expecting too much? Is this not how you developed meaningful relationships? Like, having common interests breaks the ice, but it's important to connect outside of just those things, too.
