it's srsly such an amazing rp series tho
i wish i knew more ppl i could rant abt it with, like
i used to have a friend in middle school who liked the series, but idk what school they're at now-
we lost touch after 8th grade :') -

karl and nick met in the 9th grade, at freshmen orientation or whatever. they did, originally, both actually hate each other. both thought the other was annoying or whatever (plus the fact that karl has beef with jocks (hence the reference to ryder and having beef with him)(the two of them, karl and ryder, used to know each other in middle school, but butted heads a bunch)). and they had to suffer thru like, almost all their classes bc they had almost the same schedule freshmen year. so pretty much until like, spring break, they were enemies. day after they come back from spring break, karl comes to school with a black eye. nick proceeds to tease him and ask smth dumb like "lmao you run into a wall to get that black eye?", which leads to karl breaking down and telling nick abt how s---ty his home life is. nick begins to feel really bad for karl, and really bad for being mean to karl the entire year, so the decide to make up and become friends (but keep it secret bc reasons lol). during their sophmore year is around the time they both started developing feelings for each other (iykyk *raises eyebrows cutely*) and i'd say either near the end of their sophmore year or the beginning of their junior year they confess (the confession is giving luz and amity when they confessed, ngl xD (karl would be luz, nick would be amity haha)) and they've been secretly dating ever since :)
