How did y'all come out as non-binary, transgender, or something else? I've had trouble with this, and seek advice on how to tell people.

I just randomly told my parents in the middle of the night and then the next morning they asked me more. When school started my name was changed on the register. I'm trans btw

People were already calling me they/them pronouns, so I just leaned in on that. Still haven't come out fully.
