But istg the American schooling system is so weird, like you get two weeks off school for Christmas and for some reason the beginning of the school year is in September and you change grades in the middle of the year? LIKE WHAT 😭 -

Summer vacation is in June and ends in August. That’s the big break of school we get. And we get 2 weeks off on December and depending on the school we get weeks off in January lol -

In Australia, it’s six weeks of vacation between grades in December-January, ten weeks of school, two weeks vacation between terms, ten weeks, two weeks, then after four terms repeat
It’s so simple compared to America, good god -
Yeah for us we get 2 ish days in between terms and then a different at least 5 days off per season depending on the district
It’s f---ing weird man -
