Sleep.
When you sleep, you have no voluntary control over your body or your senses. Meaning you're almost paralysed.
Your brain practically shuts down 95%, which means you're 50% dead. The only reason you're still alive while you sleep is the steady rhythm of blood that flows to your brain, keeping it working.
As you're unable to move while sleeping, you brain has 5% chance to mess up when you wake up, by failing to respond to movement commands, and might paralyse you either tempo' or perma'.
Breathing
Breathing while sleeping is a normal process that happens. As we have no control over it while sleeping, the heart and brain has 0.3% chances of cutting off air intake (almost like holding your breath in your sleep) which could kill you if your brain doesn't have enough power to wake you up. -
Sleeping is my favorite activity. It's like being FWB with death.
