I moved desks away from the people who are always rude to me today. Usually we would be next to each other, but now I'm on the other side of the classroom. It felt good to speak up and say 'I don't want to sit here anymore,', and the teacher didn't ask any questions.

I made a promise to my mum to be more social. Easier said than done.

Just a reminder to take your medication (if you need it), eat and drink well, get some sleep and be nice to yourself. You're doing great. Nothing's wrong with you. You're unique and cool. You're not doing anything wrong.

Sorry if I don't respond to posts as quick as I often do, I can't go on my computer at school during break because of people being silly on them. I'll still be on after school, just not during the day.
