I want to make a statement though. /Srs
If you feel I am not a safe person because of my religious or political perspective then I want to extend an olive branch to you. Despite what it may seem, I don't think less of anyone because of their beliefs and I never want to intentionally mock or criticize someone for their identity.
This of course, doesn't include people who post in debate threads or choose to attack others for their beliefs. I believe in mutual respect, so please don't think I dislike you for being Christian, Catholic, conservative, or any other C words im not thinking of rn.
I do still want to use my person threads on GTQ to comment on my own decontruction process and personal grievances with certain political and religious entities. However, I cherish everyone for their own beliefs and personal philosophies, as long as they don't violate the NAP. I value individual identities over collective identities, and consider everyone on GTQ to be a wonderful and well-meaning individual. -

I try to thank people always and be grateful ESPECIALLY when people are trying their best or just doing what is expected of them. We are very ungrateful in America and our ungratefulness has seeped into every part of our lives. -

Hey Anna, I just wanted to say that I really appreciate how thoughtful you are and very mature in the best way. You really value people's identities and ideas and are always looking to learn and grow, to better yourself and the world around you. You've always been that way but I'm so happy to see that not only have you not lost it with the years but it's only grown with time. I don't know how but I'm not sure that I've ever told you this, but I've always really really admired you, and these days I do more than ever. Thank you for being you, you're great :-)

I have a lot going on but I think come June or July I'll be less stressed. Possibly more stressed since we're moving then but it'll be nice to not spend my entire month's paycheck on rent every month.

I really like my apartment but I don't like that it's 2,200 :(
I also don't like that two years ago the median rent was 1,400 and now it's 1,900+ and nowhere will let us bring our cats. -
The cat's owners have left them here for over a week now and I have no clue when they're coming to get them back. They won't reply to my texts but post on social media about going on vacation to the coast all of the sudden...
Trying not to judge but I was under the impression that the reason we were cat sitting was so she could recover from surgery. Idk how you go on vacation to places you walk around all day if you're supposedly bedridden
