Who knows why I keep making threads. A different thread each day, Mayne. I don't know. I just sort of...abandon them when I lose interest...

Last night was quite a battle. I never knew my strategizing skills were that remarkable. I suppose I underestimate myself quite often.

I believe I have something on my calendar for today. I have to have a meal with the students, if I recall correctly. I also have a few exams I must finish, though, so perhaps I'll finish those, first. No good on having a professor who is not caught up with his own work.

I'm still a bit curious with who owns all these cats in the monastery and why they like to curl up on my feet when I'm walking.
