it's 8:28am rn and i just got done with my cardio wednesday in gym. 1 minute of running to 1.5 minutes of rest, 6 times. i hate this.

What is the new spider coming to the East Coast?
Researchers said an invasive species called Joro spiders could invade the entire United States east coast by literally falling from the sky, using spider silk parachutes. Joro spiders are originally from Japan and were first identified in Georgia in 2013.

also I'm pretty sure Joro's have BEEN in the east coast for a while, but i don't think they're harmful?
