Things are getting both better, and worse. It's closer to graduation which is better, but I've been having nightmares that when I describe to people, point out they might be ptsd. I need to see a doctor soon anyway so maybe I can ask them about it.

So the nightmares are still bad and I'm scared to go to sleep. Every time I sleep, even nap, I have very vivid nightmares. I wish I knew what to do about them.
