It's weird lately because for those who don't know I'm almost 20 and have been going to different therapists since I was around 10, and on meds since I was 12, and I finally feel like I have a therapist that is like, understanding??? Because the slow changing from 18 to 19 really changed like my whole being and everyone kept saying it was my depression but it wasn't? Like these past few years personality wise is so different
