At both places I'm a line cook, so I get a pretty good idea on how busy we are based on how much food we need to make on a given day. Sundays where he'll at golden, cus all the old rich Christians would come by for the buffet and get real upset if we didn't have exactly what they wanted
I still live in fear of the old man that only wanted his eggs cooked for exactly 5 seconds -
Lol the same happens at my sushi store.
Most places have already made, grab and go rolls, but we dont do that. People are always like: id like five rolls, ill be there in a minute. Wtf, dude.
And then theres people who delay the orders- oh my god. -
