that's so funny, I actually had that for lunch yesterday! I never knew people put ketchup and mustard on theirs though, I'll have to give it a try. I usually just have mine with a little salt and pepper.

the lucky thing about that in my opinion is that it's got a really good flavor naturally, which is why I don't usually bother with sauces. salt and pepper bring out some of the more complex flavors, but it's still good on its own. I'm jealous, I've just got some fettucine alfredo for lunch today rip
quiz the secret is to buy it fresh, rub it down with salt, let it come down to room temperature WITH THE SALT ON IT, and then pat it dry with a paper towel. super tender every time, I promise -
