I keep trying to make a quiz and the stupid site keeps sending me back to the page where I pick what kind of quiz I want to do.

It may be the device you are using, some devices are unable to load the quizz making feature

I was using my phone. I was able to do it, yesterday, but I changed my mind and didn't feel like making one.

School laptop. Neither work. The laptop was able to work, as well. But now nothing is working.

I actually had a similar issue this week. It wouldn't take me past the quiz type selection screen.

Ah. So it's not just me. Cool. The one time I actually wanted to make quizzes, I can't.

This is his passive source of income I'm pretty sure. He definitely gets money from this site since he has sponsored quizzes on it.

It costs money to run a website. He at least breaks even on it. It probably isn't super profitable for him or I think he'd put more effort into it but it makes enough for him to justify paying for it

He makes several thousands off this thing. Have you looked it up? I saw it just the other day.
