And what might you mean by that? -
They mean that, since as a zombie the body is dead and unable to repair itself, realistically if there was a "kills someone but uses their body as a puppet to spread the disease" style zombie disease, you'd only have to wait for around 64 days for the bodies of the zombies to decompose so much that they could no longer be puppeted and used to spread the disease, so just hide out for 64 days and theoretically 99% of the danger will be gone. That's the gist of the idea I've heard in that vein anyway.
