especially if it was a good sweet soaghet like mine
with noodles soaked in basil and tossed in olive oil
onions and tomato sauce cooked in red wine vinegar
topped with a mix of shredded parmesan and mild cheddar.... -

so. I have. 8 cups of homemade vegetable stock. frozen. I need 3 1/2 cups. thawed. so. how about leftovers tonight, tacos tomorrow :)

Or we could do beans and rice tonight? I don't think we have much leftover besides the spaghetti, but I don't think there's enough for both of us
