How did you break it?

I pressed a wrong button when I was trying press search, and now it glitches out terribly

I have to settle for Spotify, and it would be nice—except for the fact that there are ADS EVERY TWO SECONDS and I CANT WATCH ANIMATICS ON IT

Yeah, I haven't used it since early 2017 or so, for various reasons. Before that I used it a LOT...and then they went and made it garbage .-. Ever since I've used YouTube. Not even YT Music, just straight up regular YT

Whenever I use YouTube, I get things recommended to me like Cocomelon, even though all I do is listen to music or watch animatics, so I personally just do YouTube Music

May just be that you don't use it enough, the algorithm learns but it takes a lot of data to do so. If you use it a lot and it sees that that's all you're interested in it'll start to just give you more of that and occasionally some adjacent/closely related things. Once you get there it actually becomes a really powerful tool, I'm actually kinda glad spotify chased me away cause I wouldn't have been able to do the musical exploring I do now, on spotify.
