If you have any formal complaints about...
• a moderator
• a user you feel is breaking the rules
• a site rule
• how the site is being ran
• how the moderation team are handling things
• unfair treatment
• etc..
You can make a complaint to the moderation team, anonymously (we will keep your identity secret if you ask us to) or publicly. We will discuss the issue with our team, and do our best to listen. There are various ways to contact us, and we are open to that communication.
What moderation accounts outside of our team do however, is not something we have official control over. Nor are they required to behave under the same rules our discord team may follow (the only requirement really is that they don't break the rules, nor unfairly abuse their powers- as per GTQ Guys rules on moderation accounts ) . Please keep that in mind. We don't have control or say over what people outside the team choose for themselves.
