This year I'm very focused on my dysmorphia and healing the connection between my mind and body. I am starting to play around with the idea of getting into dance in some way. I always wanted to but have never felt comfortable with physical expression. That is one think that I am very grateful to my bf for. They have made me more comfortable with expressing myself.

If I could recommend one thing to you all it's to be with someone who you feel absolutely comfortable with. Communication is the number one best thing in a relationship.
Second to that is the ability to enjoy their company in all things. You should be okay without their presence but life should be better when they are there.
Just two entangled souls who are content exploring the brilliant and mundane parts of life together. -
