Back.. updating resume(s)
Pro advice
-update your resume + have more than one..have several and tailor each of them to the kinds of jobs you're applying for. -
Ahh nevermind. Just got a $50 order I'll finish the resume after I make some $

Getting hair cut today. So excited.

Finally started using Google calendar to manage executive function.
10/10 recommend how did I ever manage without this
spoiler alert I did not -
I wish more people considered quality over quantity
If I asked for makeup for my birthday I would rather get one $30 item over a value pack
There's a lot of other things this applies to.. art supplies are another thing..
I just generally wish more people were educated on the quality of products so they could get meaningful gifts for people.
It seems like an American cultural thing to go big and that more stuff is better, but I'm not into that. I'd rather get one nice paint brush than a dozen cheap ones. -
But the real question is then how do you education people on that in an effective way?
The internet helps, but it seems like we'd need a massive cultural shift away from cheap products and towards more sustainable lifestyles for this to ever become a common thing. -
Very hard agree

You're an artist too so you're probably used to the wooden value art kits that every art kid gets in droves.
Oh what I wouldn't have given for some nice dip pens or oil pastels or decent paintbrushes over getting the same art kits ever dang year coupled with a "how to draw" book that never got read and did a terrible job at explaining concepts -
Yeah, and half the time it's things you don't generally use so you're secretly like uhhh what do i do with this lol
Fortunately at least my parents have always been better about going for less but higher quality stuff that they know I actually want
