Yesterday one of my kids kept dropping a block and she yelled "DAMN IT" lolol it was really funny
We talked about how she must have been really frustrated
Children can be surprisingly articulate about their feelings sometimes -
I really love working with kids and I'm really passionate about it. I could talk about early childhood development and teaching strategies for young children for hours. These years are so important and they go by so quickly

Part of growing up is taking responsibility for your own feelings. Mental illness isn't an excuse for that either. Mental illness could be part of a cause for someone acting a certain way, but it isn't an excuse. Especially if you're an adult.
