  Ngl, all of these like requirements to be a mod are way more thoight put than gtq guy who made a bunch of kids moderators aglxpauca
  
  
  Ngl I do agree that mods need to be mature and able to handle a range of events
  
  But for me I wpuld prefer a mod who can be fully neutral regardless of friendship
