What's your most iconic retail story?
I've got a lot but I'm too tired to think of them all right now. The only think I can think is since I worked with birthdays a lot I learned to NEVER recommend over the hill stuff to women. First I suggested an over the hill balloon for a 40 year old women and was told by the woman getting it that 40 was not over the hill, fifty was. Okay, makes sense. Next time around I tried recommending it for a 50 year old was was told "50 isn't over the hill. 60 is." Smh older women are so funny.
