It's annoying, especially if they specifically said not to post there. Also, if you post in/bump that thread too much, it makes it harder for the owner of that thread to report your posts, and it also makes it harder for the mods to delete it.

Actually it doesn't matter how many posts are in a thread now, deleting it is just as easy with 1 or 3,000

Still, it's really rude and eventually form of harassment when people keep doing that and you've asked them not to.
This thread is locked, therefore no new posts can be made.
