I have no idea what Three Houses is :(
He is based off of the big bad wolf, and his ability is that he can't feel any psychical pain for 20 seconds, when he activates it. He has a backstory with a very sensitive topic so I won't go into that. But at the beginning, he's an a--hole who does whatever he wants, whenever he wants. He does slowly learn to show kindness and compassion from his teammates.

Ohh I see. A slight devilish glow to his eyes will help with his demeanor. Really I think the character itself fits. He has the charm to be deceiving and possibly manipulative but through the characters development I see him soften. Perhaps more of an emphasis on the removal of vanity in his appearance will also help show his softened development

Three houses is a fire emblem game. The characters go through a time skip where they all grow up a lot. The art style is very similar to it.

This is Naia, she is usually very quiet, but has a humorous side to her. Naia struggles with mental health issues, and they sometimes get in the way of her doing things.
She slowly builds up her confidence, and learns to use her voice more.

I get ISTP vibes from her character. Her design reminds me of female characters like
SaeByeok from Squid Games,
Touka from Tokyo Ghoul,
MJ from Spiderman (Zendaya)
Toph from the last Airbender
Black Widow and Jessica Jones from avengers.
Katniss everdeen
You get the idea. All of those females have the same personality type and that's the vibes that character gives me. Idk if that's what you're going for but that's what I see.
