our family dog got ran over a few hours ago.
his name was balthazar but i called him buddy, he was only about seven. Just starting to get grey in the face.
dumbest dog I ever met. But the sweetest one, too. I wish I could explain to my dog that her friend is gone, I wonder if she'll notice his absence. I certainly will.
I've been crying for like, two hours straight. My head hurts so bad. I don't really have anyone to share this with, so I decided to post it here.
All I can think is that he deserved better.

I'm so sorry for your loss! Losing an animal is unbelievably hard. I couldn't imagine how sad I'd be if anything ever happened to my babies. Sending you lots of hugs!

I'm so sorry, I know how devastating it is to lose a pet.
Take a day off, have some chocolate cake, whatever helps. -
I’m sorry. Losing a pet is the most heart-wrenching thing that I know of.
