I don't think we've ever spoken but I want you to know I was institionalized twice as a teenager for those kinds of thoughts and urges, even though I never actually attempted. You aren't crazy. It's an absolutely terrifying thing to go through, and everything you're feeling is real and valid. I'm glad you're getting help

But, seriously, there's no shame in getting help. Trust me; you'll feel better once you do.
I just got out an institution, so it hurts to see you feel and go through what I did. You probably feel like it's not a good time to get help, but a very wise nurse told me to think of it this way: Who would WANT to plan on needing help? But who can get by without it?

I know we're not close but I'm glad you're okay and im glad you're going to try and receive the help you need. I know how scary or uncomfortable it can feel. But im so glad you're taking the steps needed to get it despite that
