I had just finished playing a video on it when it suddenly froze and started ticking.
I restarted it and it's working fine now, but yeah. -

Ticking? That sounds like a hard drive problem. I'm not sure why that would become an issue after watching a video but there aren't a lot of other components that could be making a noise like that, to my knowledge.
