Around 102 F and above is when you should probably seek medical attention

if your temp is above 99 you should keep an eye on it. 100.4 is a fever. like jadyn said, 102+ is concerning. if it's 103+, go to the ER (assuming you live in the US) because urgent care won't see anyone above 103
