Is it normal for blue eyes to have gold specks and streaks and a ring of green around the pupil? Or for my eyes to turn gray in extreme emotions?

Some people's eye color does change based on their emotions.
The ring of color around your eye is called a corneal arcus
And gold specks are rather common. -

Oh boy. Technically I'm only 13. I turn 14 in about a month. I am not as smart as you Dragon. I am smarter than my last crush, though. Not Dean or Audrey. My other one.
