I think I used to think it was called blue haze as well, actually, but I'm reminded that I'm wrong every time I listen to it -
That's weird that we all have that false memory. I distinctly remember it being blue haze circa 2017. Do you believe in the Mandela effect? I believe a lot of it is hindsight and confirmation bias, but for personal things I'm not quite sure. I can specifically pinpoint the moment the song changed so it wasn't hindsight and it was a small niche of us who all noticed at the same time.

I really wish the best for you with all that! I don't entirely know what you're up to but if you're not going for a record, just a master then you could always try fiverr if this doesn't work out. I've dealt with really conceded musicians before. Sometimes it's not that your work isn't good enough, it's just that they're overconfident a--holes, which sucks when you pour your heart into it and just want to express yourself. Big hugs.
