I'm really sorry if I'm bothering or burdening you all, but I need to ask you guys a question.
Lately I've been having trouble going to sleep. It isn't from insomnia, but breathing problems.
Since Monday, I've been having trouble going to sleep because I couldn't breathe correctly. Whenever I tried to breathe, the breaths were always too shallow. Even if I take deep breaths. It's like I can’t get enough air.
Today, it started happening in the middle of the day.
When I was out with my grandparents, I couldn't breathe. I was trying to keep it under their radar because I didn’t want them to worry, but eventually I had to excuse myself to go to a restroom to get a hold of myself.
It faded away after I took deep, deep, deep breaths for about two minutes.
But an hour ago, I couldn't breathe at all. It was as if all the air in my lungs got sucked out. I eventually got over that, but it was a terrible experience.
I don't know what the f--- is going on. I looked on Google to see what was happening to me, and it pulled up Dyspnea.
I don’t know if that's the case since nobody in my family has breathing problems. Am I just sick or something..? -

I really don't want to tell my parents about this. It'll most likely be a burden.
I'm scared to go to sleep at night because what if I start having trouble breathing when I'm asleep? I wouldn't be able to try and get ahold of myself. -
@Danny, I don’t know. It used to come at certain times of the night. Such as 2:00AM or 11:00PM.

Now I don't know when it'll come since it just unexpectedly happened when I was out with mh grandparents.

I know when I was about 9 or 10 a really bad pain came to my chest and I couldn't breathe at all. My dad had to come in and pat my back for 7 minutes until it went away.
I doubt that's connected to this, though. -

IF my kid couldn’t BREATHE at any given moment we would of been at the hospital wtf -

I haven't told them about this yet. I've been hoping they'll take notice when I start having problems with breathing, but they never do. I'll probably have to come clean about it soon.

A lot of the symptoms have heart attack, but I’m not really feeling a lot of pain in my arms, neck, or chest. Just a tight knot kind of thing. Just a bit of dizziness, not a lot of nausea but a tiny bit, tight chest, difficulty breathing, panicking, wheezing, and sweating.
I don't think I'm having heart attacks though considering I would've been dead by now since it all started on Monday. :,) -
