The author of the book A Dog's Purpose also writes several other dog books, but if you guys like to read you should take a look at his Ruddy McCann series. There's only two books out and it's doubtful if he'll ever finish it since people only want the dog books...but they're so good, he's a great author. You should give his stuff a read
