Do not brush your hair while its dry and then wet it a little bit and scrunch it to get the curls back in. I repeat, DO NOT.
If you brush your hair while it's dry, get it all the way wet to get the curls back in. It will get extreeeeemely poofy. Do it for crazy day, or if you're playing an eccentric character in a play or musical, but other than that, nope.
It's really better to just brush your hair while it's wet.But I was going to get my hair cut and I didn't want my mom to have to deal with my tangled hair while she was doing it.
And it's also better if you get your hair cut while it's dry, for you curly-haired folks. -
