You could try exiting and re-opening the browser. -

It seems to just be a weird issue with the website. It doesn't really always register when an accounts profile pic has been changed on another device, so your device will keep the old profile pic. It might fix itself up if u log out of the account and back in tho. Or if u change the profile pic again
Also I'm sure they wouldn't mind if there was another Jade onsite lol -
Just log out then back into your account.
