i cannot share the other bc it’s got inhalation products but they also have organic body care which is nice.

man not to completely switch gears but ive been searching for residential mental health to address the ways i live and behave. not in a crisis way but in a i need intervention and a new way of doing things with professionals. it’s heartbreaking seeing im prolly gonna have to travel. and i’ll be worried about my family coming to see me and stuff

i think it’s adjacent to rehab but obviously not for drugs. turns out a lot of bipolar ppl hit this point. sigh

is it weird to be let down that i cant go down to a residential ward?? obvs no one wants to go thru that but i wanna make my life and self better and it’s so hard for me to admit i need help
i just wanted to live my new routine, learn better behaviors and habits, and even make actual progress for ONCE. -
That's totally not weird at all. I have the bipolar as well and sometimes I need the hospital to help me through it for a few days and get me established with care outside of inpatient. I tend to go manic and just stop taking my meds 🙃 May I add you on discord Axel?
