Ok so
For mountain lions aka cougars you could do like they can breathe in higher atmospheric conditions cause mountains are really high. And also immune to cold weather.
For tigers you could do retractable claws. But you should prob do that for every kind of cat. So. :p
For cheetahs obviously running really fast. Nothing special there.
For anything in the ocean just breathing underwater. -
For birds I think all of them need wings or something that can make em able to fly. But different color wings for each species, maybe? And you could also make them able to walk on clouds or control the weather or something.

And for some reason at 2am last night I was thinking about penguins. And I thought you could make them like able to create ice but only in cubes. Idrk. I was tired.

Tigers- All of my demons have retractable claws.
Cheetahs- They'd have to be real fast lmao
all of my demons are extraordinarily fast and strong
Sea Life- I'm actually toying with the idea of making "mermaids" real in my world, but having them actually just be aquatic animal demons.
Birds- Same as sea life! I'm thinking of making "harpies" a thing in my universe, but having them just be bird demons. -
