Yes! I can barely bench the bar. I've never tried maxing out before, but the most I've done in reps was 55 lbs

Not really. It's actaully pretty bad. But soccer players don't need a whole lot of upper body strength. Are you middle school?

so your 13? Yeah, soccer is really competative for high school. There's a high school team and there's a club team.
I barely made the high school team. I had one shot on goal the whole year. -
