Well, my grandma says she's gonna make me stay till I'm 21 but if Shadow comes to see me then I'm gonna leave without her consent..Because it's not running away once you turn 18.

Make you stay until your 21? When your 18 your a adult you no longer have to listen to anyone well except the police and your boss if you have a job I guess

In Ms the parent is allowed to keep the child at home until their 21. But if they leave its not running away. See what I'm getting at?
