I think that she's probably a user talking about politics anonymously, so I think it would be bullying because she's just sharing her opinion.

They're not saying they're a troll for having their own opinion, PointlessDreams is saying ImNatalie is a troll. Not because they have an opinion, but because they probably are a troll based on their behaviour.

ImNatalie is very nice, if you give a chance to get to know her. It would be cruel to harass someone, just because they act like a troll based off their behavior at times. -
