A helpful hint I use is YouTube.
The day before or the hours before I cook of what I want. I watch some videos of it. Then when it’s time to cook I watch the video again while cooking.
I do this a lot bc I want to get the precise time/temp/grain just right -

Sometime it goes to s---s lol and I cook instant ramen noodles where I can’t ruin it in the microwave
