Soak your foot in some hot water to soften it up! Itll make the splinter easier to get out. You can squeeze around the base of the splinter and try get the head of it to poke out, which you can then carefully pinch it and pull it out with the tweezers. If you need to prod it a bit to get it more up to the surface tho, carefully use a needle to break the surface of the skin and right near the splinter to make it easier to get w the tweezers
