Have you taken a covid test? -
Yes. Yesterday after school. Parents said I was bad, needed one immediately. And for the record I agree. But they were convinced its just allergies. Can't be allergies. So much worse.
Throat burns and is super sore at same time. Ow. -
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
Trouble breathing
Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
New confusion
Inability to wake or stay awake
Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin tone
So I looked up the symptoms and there might be a chance you do have covid.
There might be a slight chance you don't though.
But don't panic if you do. Many people recover from covid, and if you have it (hopefully you don't), it isn't likely that you'll die.
Maybe retrace your steps.

I don't have fever but might have chills, or I did last night anyways
Cough, yes
Difficulty breathing, nothing new there except kinda hurts too
Fatigue, s--- yes
Muscle aches, no
No taste/smell, not yet
Sore throat, what have I been telling you
Congestion, that's a regular thing but this is ten times worse
Nausea, so much so that I'm kinda scared
Diarrhea, no -

Well I walked by my friend in the hallway who tested positive, next day when I started feeling like crap. Also been around like 20 people who've been quarantined but didn't get it. That we know of.

Have you been wearing a mask and sanitizing every day? That helps to keep the germs away.

Mom. I am one of the only kids at school who even wears their mask correctly anymore. And of course I sanitize... usually.

It must be something else if not covid, bc I can't see any way you could've gotten it.

My step dad sleeps on couch, he might get mad, I can just wait 5 hours until I gotta be up anyways... for school.... I don't want to get my friends sick...
