Give random backstories, personality, abilities, motives, relationships, lines, scenes, promps or whatever u feel like. U could add onto each others ideas if somebody allowed it too. Mayb they're the misunderstood villain or just the crazy blood thirsty kind - whatever u feel like
Ur only restriction is that its based on a modern/futuristic society. It's not a fantasy setting so uh no wizards or things unfortunately. Powers are allowed tho -
A magician of sorts, who manipulates light , getting fame and acclaim for completing feats thought impossible.
In reality, they are a charlatan whose using advanced tech to stimulate magic, in order to get enough money to fund their sister through college.
There slowly cracking under the pressure.

once upon a time, a little boy had a pet turtle c:
this little turtle made him so happy, but was unfortunately.. his only friend.. :c
the little boy was bullied in school because he was poor and less fortunate than his peers. one day, a bully pushed it too far, and threw his pet turtle into the woods. the boy searched everywhere, but could not find his precious turtle.
after this, the boy sought revenge. he became TURTLE MAN! and planned to dominate the world with turtles. he mutated (hehe) these turtles into vicious creatures, which wrecked havoc among the world. -
Hanahaki disease but its a person:
A heart broken and bitter girl decides to spread her heartbreak on the form of flowers she carries around in her basket. She has a special power. Anyone who recieves one of her flowers will be compelled to play the " loves me, loves me not" game.
They'll start with the gifted flower, and continue, always getting "he loves me not:
Until they start coughing up petals, and flowers begin to grow all over their body and they'll obsessively pluck and pluck, trying to save themselves, by fixing their heart.
However, the more they play the worse it gets, until the girls power causes them to die.
The girl doesn't remember when she started, all she knows is, she's having too much fun to stop -

This girl is cold, and unfeeling, and in a sense, she's always been this way. She listens but she doesn't not hear, as thats what suits her best. She knows if she allows herself to feel like everyone else, she succumb to her own power, and die alone, knowing nobody could ever love her.
Her least favourite flower is the daisy, because it reminds her of her past foolishness, and of believing she could ever be loved by another person.
Her favourite flowers are white lillies, a perfect symbol of death and rebirth -

V (just random letter to represent villain) was an outstanding thinker having an IQ of 300 but no one ever listened to v because v was allegedly cursed by the gods and v sought revenge for this v carried out mass murders and arson before being struck down by the gods but in a bid to cause chaos the stunning god/goddess of destruction revived v and let them loose to cause evil
